Signatory, as many will know is an Indy bottler, based in Pitlochry. The company also owns Edradour, a distillery which is run by only a small work force, with around eighteen casks being produced each week but the whisky certainly has global appeal.
This single cask offering from them was distilled at Bunnahabhain in 2009 and was bottled in 2020. Maturation took place in a first fill sherry butt #900083 and produced only 613 bottles.
