Welcome to the Workshop Series. In 2019 TBD (The Boarders Distillery) distilled a small batch of rye spirit and matured it in the same fresh-fill bourbon casks as the malt.
They maintain this is the first Blended Scotch Whisky to leave the Scottish Borders since 1837, and we can confirm this is the first expression of the Workshop Series from the Borders Distillery.

Should there be a discrepancy between the photo and the lot title/description, the photograph holds the precedent. No claim can be lodged against a misdescribed item as all lots are sold as seen.
Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, the condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit. Loss and breakage cover is available at 3% of the hammer price as standard. If the lot is not insured, no claim can be lodged against the courier or The Grand Whisky Auction for breakage or loss in transit.
