Description

Eden Mill is Scotland's first combined distillery and brewery producing a trio of beer, hopped gin and single malt whisky. Located in the Lowlands of Scotland in St Andrews, the Haig family first founded a distillery at the site in which Eden Mill stands today. Seggie Distillery was founded in 1810 by William Haig, the distillery remained in their family until the 60s when it permanently closed after a total of 50 years in production. The distillery was converted into the Guardbridge Paper Mill in 1973, and later owned by St Andrew's University.

In 2012, Paul Miller established Eden Brewery at the site and just two years later, rebranded as Eden Mill, adding hopped gin and single malt whisky to the production line. Eden Mill has committed to filling around just 8 barrels per week in order to keep its whisky output low, you can now see their whisky available in various styles such as pale malt, chocolate malt and crystal malt.

One of only 272 bottles released as part of their 2022 Cask Mastery Series chosen by Scott Ferguson their master distiller.
