Description
Persie Gin is the brainchild of the people behind the world’s first touring gin club, Chrissie and Simon Fairclough. They toured Scotland and other parts of the UK teaming up with distillers, pubs, hotels and restaurants at the forefront of the drinks industry to help thousands of gin lovers in their quest to find the perfect snifter. Using the feedback played a role in the couple’s decision to set up their own distillery, which finally opened in 2014, offering tours, tastings and a shop filled with their growing range of Persie Gins.
Handmade in small batches in a bespoke, 230L copper pot still, the gin is distilled with pure glen water from the local hills. This herby and aromatic gin uses carefully chosen botanicals to evoke an emotive and comforting scent.

Loss and breakage cover is available at 3% of the hammer price as standard. If the lot is not insured, no claim can be lodged against the courier or The Grand Whisky Auction for breakage or loss in transit.
