This is a limited edition single malt from the Laphroaig Distillery on Islay. Part of the Taste Trailblazers collection which highlights different culinary innovators and how they use peat, salt and fire to create and explore different flavours.
This is the Francis Mallmann edition, a Patagonian Chef. Mallmann selected a 17-year-old spirit, finished in a white Madeira cask for a rich smokiness that takes time to unfurl and appreciate.
