Description

Bimber Distillery was founded by Dariusz Plazewski in 2015 after he emigrated from Poland, he pursued his passion for distilling and we must say, we are very glad he did! Bimber's first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016 and their first single malt whisky release (The First) was bottled three years later in September 2019. Bimber has a mission to produce high-quality single-malt whiskies using traditional methods that are not often seen today.

The London Underground is the oldest underground passenger railway network in the world. It has over 250 miles of track and 272 stations across 11 lines, delivering 5 million daily passenger journeys.

Bimber's Spirit of the Underground Series celebrates this great engineering project of the last 200 years. Each bottling is allocated a Tube Station, matured in a different cask and features a colourful design.

Thus, the bidder fully understands, prior to confirming a bid they are happy with the condition of the lot, whether it has conditions noted or otherwise.
